| The
plywood base has been painted satin black using a roller. The aluminium
ring which stops the bearing screw heads biting into the ply was
painted and the bearing fitted. The Isonoe feet have been fitted, by
design these are mounted as close to the deck as possible with only a
few millimetres clearance when fully loaded. This is purely for
cosmetic purposes as I didn't like the look when the plinth was raised
too high off the ground. |
